WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES ARE OFFERED AT THE TIPSY CACTUS?

Here at The TC, our goal is to be a one stop shop for all our clients. Currently we are offering Full Service Planning + Coordination, as well as our epic bartending services! For more package information please visit our packages & pricing tab.

WHAT’S YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

To reserve our mobile bar and planning services, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks prior to the event.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

Please get in touch with us a soon as you decide you'd like to book with Tipsy Cactus for either bartending or planning services! Our calendar fills up quickly.

ARE YOU CERTIFIED & INSURED?

Our bartenders are certified in alcohol management. We have general liability and liquor liability insurance for all events, and can provide policy copies upon request.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that plans can change, and if you need to cancel, we’ll do our best to help you reschedule. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

At Tipsy Cactus, we prioritize building strong relationships. We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to active duty and retired military members, first responders, healthcare providers, and education professionals. This discount is available exclusively to the couple, not to extended family members.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

We provide complimentary travel within a 30-mile radius of Queen Creek, AZ. For distances exceeding 30 miles, there is a charge of $0.50 per mile. We welcome inquiries for events regardless of distance, as we enjoy accommodating our customers' needs!

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?

Unfortunately, due to Arizona Liquor Laws, we're unable to obtain a liquor license as a mobile bar. However, based on your menu preferences, we provide our clients with a detailed shopping list. This allows you the flexibility to show where you prefer and potentially save on costs!
