Inquiry
Please visit our "contact us" section and fill out our inquiry form to the best of your knowledge. This will provide us with the base information needed to give the most accurate proposal for your event.
Congratulations! We are now in the planning phase for your bar! Once your deposit is made, we will send you a two-step questionnaire. Questionnaire 1 focuses on menu planning, where we customize your signature cocktails and select everything you desire for your event's bar. Questionnaire 2 covers all essential details we need for the day of your event.
When you, as the client, give us your final approval on your signature drinks and planned bar service, Tipsy Cactus will provide you with a detailed shopping list. We direct clients to stores with excellent return policies that are familiar with our bartending services.

Execution
Tipsy Cactus will reach out to our clients 2 weeks before the event date to collect the final payment if it has not already been submitted. During this contact, we will also confirm the final details of your event. Depending on the selected service, we will arrive between 1.5 hours before the event start time to set up, unless otherwise specified based on package add-ons.

Planning
Congratulations! We are now in the planning phase for your event! Once your deposit is made, we will set up an initial meeting to review where you are at in the planning process, budgets, overall needs & must haves for your big day!
Execution
Depending on the package selected, we will reach out to you and your vendors anywhere from 1-week to 1-month before the event date. We will confirm the final details of your event to ensure a no stress day!
